We painted these MLK faces today. I made an example for my students to look at and then had them work in small groups to paint the faces. I gave them a large brown sheet of construction paper and had them start by drawing a large circle. Then they worked on their own from there. After they dried we cut them out.

It's really interesting thanks for the sharing dear.
We made these on Friday - the kids loved the opportunity to paint free hand. I love how they all turned out so differently. We added a speech bubble with a dream that each child had. Thanks for posting - I would not have come up with this myself!
Super cute idea! I did this with my Kinders and the paintings turned out great. They are hanging in the school office in honor of the MLK holiday and I hope they remain there for Black History Month too. Thanks for sharing!
