Digital Scrapbooking Software Giveaway

I am very excited about hosting a brand new giveaway sponsored by My Memories. One very lucky person will win a copy of their digital scrapbooking software My Memories Suite. My Memories Suite is an award winning digital scrapbook software that is extremely easy and fun to use. It helps anyone create digital scrapbooks, cards, calendars, etc. without having to buy expensive programs and then learn how to use the software. It is rated #1 by amazon and Top Ten Reviews for digital scrapbooking software.

To enter the giveaway:
1) Follow my blog if you are not already a follower.
2) Leave a comment with your email.
3) Leave a comment sharing an idea for a way to use photos in your classroom.

The giveaway will run till midnight on Sunday, August 28th. The winner will be chosen through a random drawing and announced Monday morning August 29th.

If you are new to digital scrapbooking, be sure to check out their site. Once I tried digital scrapbooking a few years ago, I was hooked and haven't gone back to traditional scrapbooking since.

The idea I want to share is one I got from my niece's teacher a few years ago. Her teacher created a digital scrapbook online and set it up so that parents could go online and purchase a copy for themselves. It was the neatest memory book of her kindergarten year!!

You can use the link on my right sidebar to purchase the My Memories Suit software for $10 off. You will need the code listed in order to get the discount. The code is STMMMS41767.

I always take pictures of my class all year long and make a end of year scrapbook. (put the pictures on notebook paper and then putting the paper in a braded plastic folder). I also use pictures on Christmas ornaments and cards for mother's day.

and I would use this to pump up my end-of-the-year slideshow. It would also be nice for those families who can't afford a yearbook (ours are really expensive).

I plan on incorporating pictures with my class rules this year. I will take one picture for each rule. Each picture will include 2-3 children demonstrating the rule. Then I will display the rule underneath each picture. Rules will be displayed and reviewed daily.
